My passion has always been pastries. I know it deep in my heart from a young age. After spending two decades in IT, I decided to make a leap of faith in 2016. I decided to resign from my corporate position and pursue my passion, starting with pursuing my studies in pastry, boulangerie and culinary at the prestigious Le Cordon Blue. It turns out to be the best decision in my life. It is really rewarding to see my family, friends and customers from all walks of life savouring and enjoying the pastries that I baked these days. Some even proclaimed that they couldn’t stop once they savouring them. This in itself is such a great compliment and gives me motivation to create more. Dismiss
