My passion has always been pastries. I know it deep in my heart from a young age. After spending two decades in IT, I decided to make a leap of faith in 2016. I decided to resign from my corporate position and pursue my passion, starting with pursuing my studies in pastry, boulangerie and culinary at the prestigious Le Cordon Blue.
